Maintenance
It is very important to keep a web site "alive",
so to speak. You do not want your customers to
get that "no one's home" feeling when
visiting your site and finding broken links,
defunct email addresses and last years' price
list. That is why maintenance is so important.
All maintenance is is performed within 24 hours
of receipt of your maintenance request. Updates
requiring the addition of a scanned image, may
take up to 48 hours.
Light Maintenance is for the web site that
has minimal updates each year.
General Maintenance consists of updating/adding
links, names and email addresses when necessary
on a monthly basis.
Extensive Maintenance for the site that is
changing constantly, such as the updating of
product or price lists each month. |
